Biography

Bahig M. Shehata, MD, is Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Shehata is a pediatric pathologist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. He is a member of the Cancer Genetics and Epigenetics Research Program at Winship.

Research Interest

Dr. Shehata's research interests include childhood tumors, hirschsprung disease, histiocytoid cardiomyopathy registry, neuroblastoma analysis, causes of still birth, osteosarcoma research, billiary atresia, and cardiovascular pathology.
